Join in celebrating Jewish American Heritage Month in Davis with an evening of community, history, and culture! This year’s theme, “Immigration, Resilience, and Solidarity: The Jewish American Journey,” honors the rich contributions of Jewish immigrants to American society, their perseverance through challenges, and their enduring commitment to justice and civil rights. Set against the welcoming backdrop of Central Park Pavilion on Thursday, May 29th, from 5-7 PM, this open-to-the-public, family-friendly, event will feature engaging exhibits, music, dance, storytelling, and a vegetarian community potluck—all designed to foster learning, connection, and celebration. Whether you come to explore the stories of Jewish American activists, enjoy folk dancing and klezmer music, or simply share a meal with neighbors, this event is an opportunity to reflect on history, build bridges, and honor the spirit of solidarity. All are welcome!
