MGA Philippines Culture Night

Philippine Culture Night is an annual showcase from Mga Kapatid, one of the FIlipinx American student organizations at UC Davis. They perform traditional dances from across the Philippines, put on a play about the Filipino American experience and have a performance by our choir. All aspects of this showcase are led by students who research each dance and pull from community knowledge to be true to the Philippines. Students are also appointed as cultural coordinators help student directors ensure that each performance is culturally accurate.
