Mental Health First Aid Training

This free training is open to Yolo County staff, provider staff and the community. Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. The training will also cover how to interact with a person in crisis and connect the person with help.
Attendees must complete a two-hour virtual training prior to the class and are expected to attend the live training for the full duration. After successfully passing the prework, attendees will receive a three-year professional certification on Mental Health First Aid.
