Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify\, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. The training will also cover how to interact with a person in crisis and connect the person with help. \nAttendees must complete a two-hour independent online learning module prior to the class and are expected to attend the live training for the full duration.
