Through interactive discussions\, scenario-based learning\, and expert guidance\, you’ll gain confidence in how to approach sensitive situations\, start supportive conversations\, and respond effectively in moments of crisis or uncertainty. \nWhether you’re a student\, educator\, employee\, or community member\, MHFA equips you to make a meaningful difference. Participants learn how to identify early warning signs of mental health challenges\, listen nonjudgmentally and communicate with empathy\, respond to crises such as panic attacks or severe distress\, connect individuals with appropriate resources and support systems \nMFHA offers both youth and adult trainings. SUMMARY:Echoes of Resilience: A Multimedia Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:Echoes of Resilience is a traveling multimedia exhibition centered on the lived experiences of survivors of the 2023 Türkiye–Syria earthquakes. The event will take place on April 28\, 2026 at 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm\, at the International House. \n  \nThe demonstration brings together oral narratives\, photography\, music\, personal artifacts\, and visual art to document stories of loss\, survival\, and rebuilding. The exhibition also includes educational materials exploring the impacts of trauma and pathways toward healing. \n  \nOn display as part of the Roots & Routes series at International House Davis\, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on themes of migration\, displacement\, belonging\, and the meaning of home. \n  \nRSVP here for the opening ceremony.
