Through interactive discussions\, scenario-based learning\, and expert guidance\, you’ll gain confidence in how to approach sensitive situations\, start supportive conversations\, and respond effectively in moments of crisis or uncertainty. \nWhether you’re a student\, educator\, employee\, or community member\, MHFA equips you to make a meaningful difference. Participants learn how to identify early warning signs of mental health challenges\, listen nonjudgmentally and communicate with empathy\, respond to crises such as panic attacks or severe distress\, connect individuals with appropriate resources and support systems \nMFHA offers both youth and adult trainings. DESCRIPTION:The Davis Human Relations Commission (HRC) meetings aim to promote mutual respect\, understanding\, justice\, and advancing the human rights of all people. The Human Relations Commission meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The Commission takes a recess in July (no meeting in July). \n  \nMeetings take place in the Community Chambers at City Hall\, 23 Russell Boulevard.
